摘要
采用以CO2和环氧乙烷在高分子负载双金属氰化物的催化下通过调节聚合得到的聚碳酸亚乙酯多元醇和改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主原料,合成了一系列脂肪族聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯弹性体新材料;研究了异氰酸酯指数以及弹性体制备工艺条件对材料力学性能的影响;同时研究了该类新材料的耐溶剂性及生物降解性。
A series of aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane elastomer had been synthesized from methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and poly (ethylene ether carbonate) diol which obtained by the copolymerization of ethylene oxide and CO2 in the presence of polymer supported bimetallic catalyst (PBM). The effects of NCO index and condition of reaction process were discussed. The resistance to organic solvents and biodegradable were studied, too.
