摘要
以降低成本为目的,提高了预聚体的NCO质量分数,同时对B组分中的原材料进行了选择与调整,研制了MDI型双组分聚氨酯塑胶跑道铺装材料。讨论了几种原材料对B组分及反应生成物性能的影响。结果表明,新的MDI型塑胶跑道铺装材料既满足了性能要求、又降低了生产成本,同时符合环保需求,提高了MDI型产品的市场竞争力。
In order to reducing the cost, MDI-type polyurethane (PU) plastic racetrack material used in sports was manufactured, by increasing the percent of NCO and adjusting the B-component in the raw materials. The influence of several raw materials on the performance of the B-component and its reaction products were discussed. The results showed that the new MDI-type PU plastic racetrack material had excellent performance, low cost, accoming with the environment protect and enhancing market competition power .
