摘要 提出了一种可编程压电式电气比例阀方案,构建了系统的动态非线性数学模型,从而对其时域和频域特性进行了仿真分析。通过系统一系列实验得出实验曲线与仿真曲线基本吻合,从而证明了仿真模型的正确性,该结论为压电式电气比例阀的进一步研究奠定了实验基础。 A project about the programmable pneumatic piezoelectric proportion valve is put forward. A non linear dynamic model of the control system is constructed. The characteristic analysis based on the simulatiot is consequently carried out both in time domain and in frequency domain. Results from a series of experiment, are consistent with the simulation. The proposed models are proved correct. The conclusions can establish the experimental foundation for the further research on the programmable pneumatic piezoelectric proportion valve.
