Synthesis of 3-thienyl-6,7-methylenedioxy-1(2H,4H)-acridone Derivatives under Solvent-free Condition and Microwave Irradiation

摘要 以取代的5-噻吩基-1,3-环己二酮和邻氨基胡椒醛为原料,在无溶剂条件下用微波辐射后合成了一系列的3-噻吩基-6,7亚甲二氧基-1(2H,4H)-吖啶酮衍生物,得到的化合物结构均经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振光谱予以确认。 A series of 3-thienyl-6,7-methylenedioxy-1 (2H,4H)-acridone derivatives are synthesized through the microwave irradiation on 5-thienyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione and the o-aminopiperonal under the solvent-free condition. The structure of these compounds are characterized by the elemental analysis, IR and ^1H-NMR spectra.
