席夫碱对20^#碳钢在盐酸介质中的缓蚀作用 被引量:7

摘要 分别采用失重法和电化学方法测定了席夫碱试剂4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛缩-4-烯丙基-3-硫代氨基脲(以下简称AAT),和苯甲醛缩-4-烯丙基-3-硫代氨基脲在盐酸介质中对20#碳钢的缓蚀作用。研究了浓度、温度等因素对这两种缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明,两种席夫碱试剂在盐酸介质中对20#碳钢均有缓蚀作用,其中AAT的缓蚀性能较优,并发现AAT与乌洛托品、碘化钾、苯甲醛缩-4-烯丙基-3-硫代氨基脲、N-苯甲酰基硫脲等有很好的协同作用。 Inhibiting performance of Schiff base corrosion inhibitor 4-Hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde with 4-ally- 3-thiosemicarbazone (short for AAT) and schiff base benzaldehyde with 4-ally-3-thiosemicarbazone for 20^# carbon steel in hydrochloric acidic solution was studied by weight loss tests and electrochemical measurements. Effect factors on inhibiting performance of the two kinds of schiff base, such as concentration, temperature and so on, were discussed. The two kinds of schiff base had corrosion inhibition action for 20^# carbon steel in hydrochloric acidic solution, especially AAT had better inhibition action. A strong synergistic effect was observed among AAT, hexamethylene tetramine, potassium iodide, benzaldehyde with 4-ally-3-thiosemicardazone, N-benzoyl sulfourea.
