摘要 通过对碳钢在3%NaCl溶液中进行50h浸渍干湿复合循环试验的锈层进行IR、XRD和SEM分析,确定腐蚀产物包括-γFeOOH、-αFeOOH、Fe3O4和少量-βFeOOH。并提出-γFeOOH和有保护能力的-αFeOOH是由FeOH+吸附在Fe5HO8.4H2O表面促使其溶解并转化而来;-βFeOOH和Fe3O4都是由绿锈转化而来,-βFeOOH还可自动转化成大颗粒-αFeOOH,它们都与高速度腐蚀有关。 An accelerated corrosion test of immersion-dry-wet combined cycles for carbon steel in 3 %NaCl solution for 50h was performed. The corrosion products were analyzed by meas of IR, XRD and SEM. The corrosion products were composed of γ-FeOOH, α-FeOOH, Fe3O4 and a little β-FeOOH. The γ-FeOOH and α-FeOOH were formed due to the transformation from Ferrihydrite(Fe5 HO8·4H2O) which dissolved by FeOH^+. β-FeOOH and Fe3O4 were transformed from green rust. The α-FeOOH with course grains was transformed from β-FeOOH automatically. The products were related to high corrosion rate.
