This article analyzes the basic objectives of TVU's construction of harmonious campus,arguing that harmonious campus should be built on the notion of quality of education,the receiver of education should be researched and analyzed,and individualized and differentiated services be provided.Only through educational reform could the quality of education be improved and the core competence of the school promoted.
