三光气法合成双酚S/双酚A共聚碳酸酯 被引量:1

摘要 以双酚A、双酚S和三光气为单体,通过界面缩聚合成了共聚碳酸酯。研究了聚合反应温度、三光气、氢氧化钠及催化剂用量以及油水比等因素对聚合反应的影响,得到特性粘数为1.28 dL/g的聚碳酸酯共聚物。采用FT-IR确定了产物的结构;共聚碳酸酯的玻璃化转变温度为157.9℃,极限氧指数为0.32。 Copolycarbonate was prepared by interfacial polycondensation of bisphenol A, bisphenol S and triphosgene in the dichloromethane/aqueous NaOH system. The influences of factors on the polymerization were investigated, such as the reaction temperature, the amount of BTC, NaOH, TMBA, and the volume of organic phase. The copolycarbonate with intrinsic viscosity of 1.28 was obtained. The structure of the polymer was characterized by FT-IR. The result of DSC shows that the Tg of the PC is 157.9℃. The LOI of the copolycarbonate is 0.32.
