摘要
应用型人才培养要突出职业能力的形成,职业能力要通过行动教学的途径习得,行动教学可以在真实的职业情境中展开,课程教学设计要与职业岗位活动衔接。电大教学模式的构建核心是确立使学生习得职业能力的教学设计、教学环境和教学方法,使教学情境化,让学生在干中学,从而构建自己的行动知识体系。
Practical Talents Cultivation highlights the formation of professional skills that can be achieved through activities in real work scenarios, and the course designs must be associated with what activities the job requires. The core mission of TVUs is to establish the instructional designs, teaching environment and methods that enable students to acquire professional skills and establish their own action knowledge system in situational learning and practice.
