摘要
远程开放教育对基层教学点辅导教师工作提出了新的要求,“PIP”工作模式就是对远程开放教育教学模式改革的积极应对。“PIP”工作模式按照课前(PRECLASS)-课中(INCLASS)-课后(POSTCLASS)三阶段,对基层辅导教师教学工作模式进行了探索,提出了具体的工作方式和工作内容。
Distance Open Education has raised new requirements for tutoring teachers in local learning centers. The PIP work mode is a positive response to the reform of the teaching mode of distance education, which lists detailed ways and contents of work in the three stages of pre-class, in-class and post-class.
