摘要
利用数字图像伪彩色增强技术实现彩色金相,建立了金属相灰度级-伪彩色映射关系模型,并设计了在计算机上运行的金相伪彩色系统,使得输入的金相灰度图像中各相间微弱的灰度差转化为明显的色调差,显著提高了金相组织鉴别的衬度。
The technology of pseudo-color enhancement of digital image processing is applied to the field of metallographic analysis. The mapping relation between gray level to pseudo-color and also designed conversion system were discussed in this paper. The experiment shows that the small gray level difference can be converted to the sharp hue shift clearly and the contrast of discrimination is improved greatly.
