摘要
对断裂齿轮的宏观形貌、显微组织、化学成分及硬度等进行了检验和分析,发现该齿轮的齿根处有明显的黑色网状组织,这种组织严重降低了齿轮的正常使用性能,是造成齿轮早期断齿失效的主要原因。
A series of comprehensive analysis on macrostructure, microstructure, chemical composition and hardness of the failure gear were carried out in this paper. It is found that there is some black cellular microstructure which seriously affects the mechanical properties of the gear in the dedendum. The black cellular microstructure leads to the early failure of the gear.
