摘要
采用粉末冶金和热压烧结的方法制备了纳米石墨/铝基复合材料,分析了纳米石墨加入量对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:纳米石墨的加入量为1%时,在基体中易于分散,可以显著降低复合材料的摩擦因数;但随着纳米石墨含量的增加,材料的磨损量也相应增大。
Powder metallurgy was used in preparing the nano-graphite/Al matrix composite material. Microstructure indicate that the dispersibility is more homogeneous when the proportion of nano-graphite is 1%. The friction result indicate that nano-graphite could decrease the friction coefficient obviously. But when the quantity of the nano-graphite increase, the wear-loss changing of the material increase.
