摘要
利用粉末冶金法制备出了组织均匀、致密的镍-铬基自润滑复合材料,对其组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明:室温下,当MoS_2和LaF_3的质量分数分别为20%和5%时,复合材料的摩擦磨损性能最好,即协同效应最优;摩擦因数随着载荷的增大而降低,随着转速的增大先降低后增大。摩擦过程中下,其减摩机理是复合材料表面MoS_2膜的连续生成和对偶面上形成的转移膜。适量LaF_3的加入,有助于提高复合材料的耐磨性。
Ni-Cr based self-lubricating composite with uniform and compact structure was prepared by powder metalliurgy method. The triobological properties of the composite were investigated using an MS-T3000 friction and wear tester at ambient temperature in air. When mass contents of MoS2 and LaF3 were 20% and 5% respectively, the composite had good triobological properties, the synergistic effect was the best. On the effect of friction, two MoS2-films showed the mechanism of antifriction, a thin film generated on the contact zone of composite and the transfer film was on its conterface. Addition of an appropriate amount of LaF3 helped to improve the composite' s wear property.
