摘要 采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱方法研究了丙炔醇对Q235钢在硫酸中的缓蚀作用。结果表明,丙炔醇属于抑制阳极反应为主的缓蚀剂,且随着浓度的不同阳极脱附现象有所差别。丙炔醇的缓蚀效率在4 h时出现明显的浓度极值,24 h后浓度极值现象消失,这主要由于丙炔醇的缓蚀机理发生了变化。随着丙炔醇浓度的升高,缓蚀作用由吸附反应变为了以聚合反应为主。 Polarization curves and EIS method were employed to investigate inhibition behaviors of propargyl alcohol (PA) for Q235 steel in sulphuric acid. It was found that PA mainly suppressed the anodic reaction and the anodic desorption behavior of PA changed with the increase of PA concentration. After 4 h immersion extreme value phenomenon of concentration was observed. However, it disappeared after 24 h, which indicated some changes of the inhibiting mechanism. The inhibition behavior may be attributable to the polymerization of PA molecules instead of adsorption at high concentrations.
