摘要
介绍了轮箍表面自动荧光磁粉探伤系统的工作原理和结构组成,对荧光磁粉的激发光谱和发射光谱进行了分析和研究,详细介绍了自动磁粉探伤系统中的数字图像处理和图像识别技术。经高精度CCD摄像机提取的检测图像,采用局部平均平滑处理、边缘提取和灰度图像二值化处理后,可有效识别出可疑缺陷,完成荧光磁粉探伤系统的缺陷自动识别。
The operation principle and structure of a automatic fluorescent magnetic particle testing system for tyre surface defect detecting were introduced. The excited and emissive spectrums of the fluorescent magnetic particle were analyzed and researched. The digital image processing and identifying technique for automatic magnetic particle testing system are introduced in detail. The testing image acquired by the high precision CCD camera was proceeded one by one by such signal processing method as local average smoothness, edge extraction and binafization procession, after that the suspected defect could be recognized effectly, and it turned that defect automatic recognition of fluorescent magnetic testing system was possible.
