摘要
根据声发射信号采样率高、数据量大和信号能量微弱的特点,研究了基于相位增强技术的功率谱分析方法,在对声发射信号进行不损失信息的高频采样前提下,通过对信号进行二次傅里叶变换,提高了信噪比。用模拟信号对该方法进行了验证,并应用在运行中的隔膜泵曲轴的裂纹扩展监测上,结果表明此方法能有效检出由于裂纹扩展所产生的微弱的声发射信号。
Acoustic emission signal needs high sample rate with large numbers of data and its energy is weak. According to these, the power spectral density analysis method based-on phase enhancement technique was studied. The signal-to-noise ratio was increased with second FFT on the signal after high-speed sampling process without losing useful information. Simulation and practice diagnostic application verified the effectiveness of the method. Applied to detect the crack growth on the crank shoulder of septum-pump in running condition, the weak acoustic emission signal due to crack growth was detected easily.
