肾上腺素在聚氨基-β-环糊精修饰电极上的电化学行为 被引量:3

Study on Electrochemical Behavior and Determination of Epinephrine with Polyamino-β-cyclodextrine Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

摘要 利用合成的β-环糊精(β-CD)的衍生物6-氨基-6-脱氧-β-CD在玻碳电极上电聚合制备聚合物膜(PACD),用循环伏安法研究PACD修饰电极对肾上腺素的电化学行为。试验结果显示,该修饰电极能有效消除抗坏血酸的干扰,在pH7.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,氧化峰电流与肾上腺素浓度在4.0×10^-6~1.5×10^-4mol·L^-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.992 3,检出限为2.5×10^-7mol·L^-1。用于注射液中肾上腺素的检测,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)值均小于4%,加标回收率在95.4%~99.6%之间。 The derivative of β-cyclodextrin, 6-amino-6-deoxy-β-cyclodextrine was polymerized at the glassy carbon electrode and a thin film of the polymerized 6-amino-6-deoxy-β-cyclodextrine (PACD) was modified on the glassy carbon electrode. Electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode towards the oxidation of epinephrine was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. As shown by the experimental results, that the interference of ascorbic acid was effectively eliminated at the modified electrode. In a phosphate buffer medium of pH 7. 5, linear relationship between the oxidative peak current and the concentration of epinephrine was obtained in the concentration range of 4. 0 ×10^-6 - 1. 5 × 10^-4 mol · L^-1 , with a correlation coefficient of 0. 992 3, and a detection limit of 2. 5× 10^-7 mol · L^-1. In the analysis of epinephrine injection samples by this method, values of RSD's (n=6) obtained were less than 4%, and values of recovery found were in the range of 95.4%-99.6%.
