摘要
在活化剂氨三乙酸存在下,基于锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝的反应,拟定了测定痕量锰的催化光度法。此催化反应灵敏度高,选择性和重现性较好,线性范围为0.4~10μg.L^-1,检出限为8.5×10^-8g·L^-1,用于测定水样和茶叶中的锰,分析结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为3.2%及1.1%,回收率依次为93%~109%和94%~108%。
Photometric determination of trace amounts of manganese by its catalytic action on the color-fading oxidation of bromophenol blue with KIO4 was found sensitized by nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA). It was found that linear relationship between the decrease in intensity of absorbance measured at 590 nm (△A) and the concentration of Mn( Ⅱ ) was held in the range from 0.4 to 10μg · L^-1 with a detection limit of 8. 5× 10^-8g· L^-1. RSD (n=6) and recovery found in the analysis of a tea sample were 1.1% and in a range of 94%-108%, and in the analysis of a well-water sample were 3.2% and in a range of 93%-109%.
