一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定2,6-二硝基氯苯-4-磺酸

Determination of 2,6-Dinitrochlorobenzene-4-Sulfonic Acid by 1st Derivative UV-Spectrophotometry

摘要 选用248 nm作为一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定2,6-二硝基氯苯-4-磺酸的测定波长可避免一些共存杂质的干扰,在选定的最佳条件下,被测化合物浓度在0~81.24 mg.L-1之间与其一阶导数值呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8,测得方法的检出限(3σ/s)为2.39 mg·L^-1。从3个不同批号的产物中取样分析,测得结果的平均相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.17%,进行了标准加入法回收率试验,所得结果在99.5%~100.1%之间。 It was found that by choosing of 248 nm as the measuring wavelength in the 1st derivative UV- spectrophotometric determination of 2, 6-dinitrochlorobenzene-4-sulfonic acid, the interferences of most of those interfering substances were eliminated. Under the optimized conditions, linear relationship between values of 1st derivative of the compound determined and their concentrations was found in the range of 0-81.24 mg · L^-1 with its correlation coefficient of 0. 999 8. Detection limit (3a/s) of the method was found to be 2. 39 mg · L^-1. In the analysis of samples taken from 3 batches, average value of RSD's (n= 6) of 0. 17% was obtained. Results of recovery test obtained were in the range of 99.5%-100. 1%.
