摘要 介绍了电热原子吸收光谱(ETAAS)分析中,克服基体效应的持久性化学改进剂研究概况。内容包括延长石墨平台使用寿命;降低空白信号值,改善检出限;分析信号持久稳定,改善精密度;导致ETAAS升温程序简化、快速;降低分析成本以及样品分析的应用情况等,引用文献36篇。 A review on the present status of the use of permanent chemical modifier in electrothermal-atomic absorption spectrometry, covering the years from 1979 to 2004, was presented in this paper. The following items were related: (1) prolongation of lifetime of graphite plateform; (2) lowering the values of blank signals and improving the detection limit; (3) improving the precision by keeping permanent stability of analytical signals; (4) simplifying and speeding of the program of temperature elevation in EtAAS; (5) lowering the cost of analysis; and (6) state of application to the analysis of substantial samples (36 ref. cited).
