法律与道德,存在着融合、疏离、互补、互动的关系。现代社会倡导正确认识和处理法律与道德,正确认识法治与德治的关系,在现代社会现实中存在着在实施德治方略与法治方略的时候陷入误区的问题,使得德治与法治产生冲突,正确地认识这些冲突有利于使社会更好地发展。
