摘要
在水热晶化法中,用不同浓度的TBAOH、TBABr和不同含钛量的胶体合成了TS-2沸石,并就强碱阴离子交换法制备的模板剂对沸石合成的影响进行了探讨.通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM、BET和DTA等方法对合成沸石进行了表征,确认其具有MEL*拓扑结构,钛原子参与了沸石的骨架构成.同时发现,同样配比的胶体在不同条件下能发生晶型变化,生成具有MTI*拓扑结构的TS-1沸石.在用H2O2使苯酚直接羟基化的探针反应中,TS-2表现出了独特的催化活性。
The crystalline titaniumsilicate with MEL topology (TS 2) have been synthesized by hydrothermal procedure with TBAOH or TBAOH+TBABr (10%~40% aq.) as the templating agent and the prepartion method of TBAOH from TBABr by ionexchange was also investigated. The zeolites were characterized by XRD, FT IR, SEM, BET and catalytic measurement. It is confirmed that titanium is present in the framework lattice of zeolite. We also found that the crystal transformation occurred at certain condition and the TS 1 with MFI topology insteaded of TS 2 in TBAOH system. High catalytic activity and selectivity of TS 2 in the hydroxylation of phenol with H 2O 2 (30% aq.) further confirmed the present of titanium in the framework of TS 2.
