摘要
用石蜡切片技术对克氏原螯虾主要动脉血管进行了组织学的比较研究.结果表明,克氏原螯虾主要动脉血管可依组织学结构的不同而分为二类.第一类血管包括胸直动脉、胸下动脉、腹下动脉、肝动脉和前侧动脉,其管壁由内而外分别为基板、细胞层和结缔组织层,基板和结缔组织内皆具有弹性纤维或类似弹性纤维物质.第二类血管为腹上动脉,其管壁由内而外分别为基板、肌肉层、混合在微纤丝内的细胞层、一层弹性纤维、第二细胞层、第二层弹性纤维。
The histological structure of the major arteries of the freshwater crayfish, Procambarus clarkii, was examined using light microscopy. Two varieties of artery wall histology were observed. In most arteries the wall is composed of the following three layers, proceeding from lumen to exterior: 1) basal lamina; 2) a layer of cells; 3) a connective tissue layer. The dorsal abdominal artery shows the second type of artery wall construction and is composed of the following seven layers, proceeding from lumen to exterior: 1) basal lamina; 2) a layer of striated muscle; 3) a cellular layer enmeshed in microfibrils; 4) a band of elastin; 5) a second layer of cells; 6) a second band of elastin; 7) an outer layer of connective tissue.
