机立窑水泥生产微机控制系统的设计

介绍了一种运用模糊控制技术的集散型控制系统．该系统由上、下两级计算机系统组成，实现了机立窑水泥生产过程中的物料配比控制、预加水成球控制和煅烧控制．系统软件由Ｃ语言实现，中文菜单驱动，具有动态实时显示。

This paper presents a distributed control system by using fuzzy control technology. The system is composed of upper and lower lever computer system,which realises material ingredient distribution control,balling control,and calcine control in the process of coment production in machine vertical kiln. The system software is programmed by C Lanquage and driven by Chinese menu,which was provided with characteristic of real-time display. dynamic fault detection and automatic protection when electricity supply broken.
