摘要
本文研究了显色剂2,4—二溴—6—羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与Zn(Ⅱ)的显色反应及分析应用.在OP乳化剂存在下,于pH106的Na2B4O7—NaOH缓冲溶液中,Zn(Ⅱ)与题示试剂形成1:2红色配合物,其最大吸收波长的520nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为48×104Lmol-1,com-1,Zn量在0—22μig/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于人发中微量锌的测定,结果满意.RSD(n=10)小于5%.
The color reaction of color reagent Dibromocarb oxybenzen ediazominoazobenzene with zinc and its analytical application have been studied.The results show that in the Dresence of OP and at pH 10.6 buffer solution,the reagent reacts wffo zinc to form a red complex with a molar ratio of 1:2,which has a maximum. absorption at wavelengh 520mn.Its aPparent molar absorptivity is 4.8x104L mol-1 cm-1,and Beer's law is obeyed for zinc in the range of 0-22μg/25ml.The method has been applied to the detendnation of Zn in human hair samples with satisfactory results.
