摘要
介绍了ω-3系列脂肪酸在乳中的种类、含量、功能。
Several important roles of omega 3 fatty acids have been revealed in recent years.In this paper,the composition and functional aspects of omega 3 fatty acids in milk are reviewed based on CAB international database,and some methods are presented in increasing the concentrations of omega 3 fatty acids in milk.
