摘要
讨论了外啮合渐开线圆柱齿轮根切的全部共８个影响因素的影响倾向、作用原理和影响程度，给出了一个新参数——根切系数，用以衡量根切倾向的大小，使对渐开线齿轮根切的产生条件的认识更为全面。并指出“不发生根切的最少齿数”是一个多变量函数，在不同的设计与工艺条件下就会有不同的“不发生根切的最少齿数”，因而过分追求其“准确数值”并无多大实际意义，从而也澄清了在这方面的一些模糊认识。
The influencing tendency,principle of action and the extent of influence of eight factors effecting on the undercutting of external toothing involute columnar gear are discussed.A new parameter——undercutting coefficient,which is used to measure the undercutting trend and make it to be more fully understand the emerging condition of involute gear undercutting is submitted.The result shows that the least number of teeth for non undercutting is a multi variable function.Different least numbers of teeth for non undercutting will take place under different deslgns and technical conditions.Thus,there is no actual magnificant for unduly seeking its 'precise number'.As a result,some confused thought about it is clearified.
