血清BLyS和APRIL水平与系统性红斑狼疮关联性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清B淋巴细胞刺激因子(BLyS)和增殖诱导配体(APRIL)蛋白水平与疾病活动性的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测SLE活动组(13例)和SLE缓解组(10例)患者血清BLyS和APRIL水平,以健康志愿者(23例)作为对照;同时将血清BLyS和APRIL水平与患者的临床检验指标(尿蛋白、抗dsDNA抗体)分组进行分析。结果:SLE患者组血清BLyS水平高于健康对照组,且活动期高于缓解期(P<0.05);尿蛋白阳性组血清APRIL水平明显低于尿蛋白阴性组患者(P<0.05);抗dsDNA抗体升高组血清BLyS和APRIL均高于抗dsDNA抗体滴度正常组,但均无统计学意义。结论:SLE患者血清BLyS水平增高,且增高与疾病的活动性有关;尿蛋白阳性组血清APRIL水平明显低于尿蛋白阴性组SLE患者,提示BLyS和APRIL可能参与SLE的发病过程。 Objective:To determine serum BLyS and APRIL levels of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and investigate the relationship between serum BLyS and APRIL level and SLE disease activity. Methods:To measure serum BLyS and APRIL levels with ELISA in patients with SLE, who were separated into active group (n = 13) and remission group (n = 10) according to the SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI) and 23 healthy Volunteers and analyze the relationship among serum BLyS and APRIL levels and several clinical items(such as protinuria and anti-dsDNA antibody). Results :Serum BLyS levels in patients with SLE was significantly elevated compared to healthy Controls (P〈0.05), and active group was higher than remission group(P〈0. 05); The patients with elevated proteinuria had reduced serum APRIL levels (P〈0.05); The patients with elevated anti-dsDNA antibody had enhanced serum BLyS and APRIL levels, but its was of no statistics significance (P〉0. 05). Conclusion:Serum BLyS levels is positively related to disease activity; The patients with elevated proteinuria have reduced serum APRIL levels (P〈0. 05). BLyS and APRIL may be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE.
