摘要
本研究采用共混纺丝方法制备烟用改性聚丙烯(PP)纤维,通过扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、差示扫描量热等测试方法分析改性聚丙烯的结构特性,并且测定改性PP纤维对水的接触角。结果说明改性PP纤维具有类似二醋酸纤维的特殊结构形态,极性改性组份的附着使纤维极性增加,接触角降低,有利于实现有效粘结。
In this study,a blend spinning method is used to make modified polypropylene fiber for cigarette filter tips. Determinations by scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,differential scanning calorimetry and of the surface contact angleθindicate that the modified polypropylene fiber posses a special structure similar to cellulose acetate fiber,the affiliation of polar modifier component onto the fiber made its polarity increase and contact angle decrease which is advantageous to effective binding of fibers in tips.
