摘要
阐述了40kt/a硫酸装置在复杂地形条件下总图运输方案设计的若干考虑。装置区自然地形为江滩三级阶地,平面上呈“哑铃”状。实施方案既可满足硫酸装置生产流程的特点和要求,又适应地形条件。对方案的总体和局部作了优化。其主要特点为:生产线作折线布置;竖向为高填土平坡式布置;界区内环行路设计;装置主体、振动比较大的厂房布置在原地质条件比较好的地方。
Abstract Design considerations of general drawing and transport for a 40kt/a H 2SO 4 plant on unfavourable terrain condition are described.The plant is located on a natural three step terrace beach taking the shape of “dumbbell” in a horizontal plane.The excuted schemes are not only fit for the features and requirement of sulphuric acid process,but also suited to the terrain condition.The design is optimized wholly and locally and is featured of a brokenline arrangement of plant process,large earthwork refilling gentle slop configuration vertically,ring passage way within the bettery limits,and placing the main or vibrational buildings on the geologically superior location.
