摘要 介绍SO2非稳态转化工艺的原理、特点及工业应用。铜冶炼厂最大烟气量50000m3/h,SO2浓度2%~3%,由常规的稳态转化工艺制酸改为非稳态转化工艺制酸。转化器外径850m,高1279m,催化剂分三层设置,上下床层进气侧分别铺有惰性填料,一、二层及二、三层间各设有换热面积为86m2的中间换热器,用进口冷烟气调节温度。气流换向周期20min,进气温度40~70℃,转化率可保持在92%左右。正常情况下,系统可达到自热平衡。燃料煤气单耗从稳态转化时的1078m3/t酸降低到93m3/t酸。 Abstract Principle,features and commercial application of SO 2 unsteady-state catalysis process are described.It was used in a sulphuric acid plant operating with coppor smelter off-gas at maximium flow of 50000m 3/h and SO 2 concentration of 2%~3%,in place of the original conventional steady-state catalysis process.The convertor was 8.5m in outside diameter,12.79m high and had 3 beds of catalyst,with a lay of inert packing being separatly on the outside of the top and bottom beds.Between the beds 1 and 2,and 2 and 3,was installed a interbed heat exchanger of 86m 2, each, for adjusting the bed temperature with inlet cold off-gas.When the switch period of gas flow was 20 min and the inlet gas temperature was 40~70℃,a conversion of about 92% was reached and the system operated in a self-sustaining way under normal conditions.The specific comsumption of support fuel gas was reduced from 1078 m 3/tH 2SO 4 for steady-state process to 93m 3/tH 2SO 4.
