组织追踪法测量房室平面位移评价心脏功能研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 组织追踪法是基于组织多普勒显像的一种新技术.。它通过测定房室平面位移,能够评价心肌的收缩、舒张功能,除了能够评价心脏整体功能,而且更主要应用于评估心室局部功能,因此它在心肌缺血的早期检出、梗死心肌的成活性评价、预测心脏病预后中有重要意义。现综述组织追踪技术测定房室平面位移评价心脏功能的研究进展。 Tissue Tracing (TT) is a recently developed technique based on tissue Doppler imaging. TT can be used to evaluate the systolic function and diastolic function of the regional myocardial and overall myocardial wall with atrial ventricular plane displacement detected by TT. Diagnosis of cardiac function by Tr of atrial ventricular plane displacement is a non-invasive, easy to reduplicate, and effective. This article summarizes the application of TT in experimental and clinical cardiology.
