体表心电图预测梗死相关动脉研究的现状 被引量:7

摘要 在急性心肌梗死中体表心电图仍然是一种非常有用的工具,早期准确的通过体表心电图判断梗死相关动脉可以进行危险分层和指导急诊的介入治疗。现对体表心电图判断梗死相关动脉的研究现状进行简单的阐述。 The electrocardiogram remains a crucial tool in the identification and management of acute myocardial infarction. The early and accurate identification of the infarct-related artery on the electrocardiogram can help predict the amount of myocardium at risk and guide decisions regarding the urgency of revascularization. Current concepts of identification of the infarct-related artery on the electrocardiogram were reviewed in this article.
