摘要
噻唑烷二酮类药物是一类新的治疗2型糖尿病和胰岛素抵抗的药物。越来越多的证据表明噻唑烷二酮类药物在防治动脉粥样硬化方面有良好的疗效。噻唑烷二酮类药物通过对动脉粥样硬化炎症反应细胞、炎症因子、心血管事件的影响,在动脉粥样硬化中发挥其积极的抗炎作用。
Thiazolidinediones （ TZDs ） are a new class of agents commonly used for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes or insulin resistance. A large body of evidence indicates that TZDs exhibit good antiatherogenic effects. TZDs show positive anti-inflammatory effects when used to treat atherosclerosis through their influence on inflammatory cells, inflammatory factors and cardiovascular incidents.
