摘要
近几年多层螺旋CT(multislice computed tomography,MSCT)软硬件方面的迅速发展,无创的MSCT冠状动脉成像技术在冠状动脉血管病变诊断中的应用价值得到普遍肯定。MSCT可用于评价冠状动脉狭窄,定性和定量检测冠状动脉斑块,评价支架和桥血管的通畅性。与常规的选择性冠状动脉造影术相比,MSCT具有无创、廉价的特点,还可以显示血管斑块组成。
Multislice computed tomography (MSCT) has been evolving rapidly in terms of both equipment and technology. The performance of non-invasive MSCT coronary angiography has been widely approved for use in coronary artery stenosis diagnosis, plaque quantitative and qualitative assessment, the patency of stents or bypass grafts determination. Compared to conventional selective coronary angiography, as a non invasive and cheaper coronary angiography, MSCT has the advantage of imaging plaque compositions.
