摘要
适量饮酒能预防和延缓动脉硬化的发生,能减少冠心病的并发症,降低死亡率,但其机制尚未完全明确。现主要从抗氧化抗自由基,参与脂代谢,抗凝作用,抗炎保护血管内皮,影响血清铁和铁蛋白水平,促进血管内皮生成等方面对适量饮酒有益心脏的机制加以综述。
Moderate alcohol intake can prevent and postpone arteriosclerosis. It also helps to reduce the complications and mortality of coronary heart disease. However, the mechanisms involved are not fully known. This review summarizes the mechanisms of the benefits to the heart of drinking moderate quantities of alcohol, focusing on aspects including anti-oxidation and free radicals, participation in lipid metabolism, anti-blood coagulation, anti-inflammation and the prevention of blood vessel endothelium, the effect of serum iron and ferritin, the induction of angiogenesis and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor.
