摘要
简要介绍了目前防火铝塑复合板材料的现状和研究发展方向等,并采用无卤阻燃改性聚乙烯专用料取代纯LDPE作为防火铝塑板的芯层材料,侧重研究了无卤阻燃塑料芯材用于防火铝塑复合板生产时,对铝塑复合板的物理机械性能以及燃烧性能分级的影响。实际生产表明,所研制的防火铝塑板的各项燃烧性能和物理机械性能均达到或超过GB862—1997年及GB/T17748—1999年标准的指标要求。
The present situation and developing trend of the research on flame retardant aluminum/plastics plate are introduced briefly. Halogen-free flame retardant PE was used to replace LDPE as the core material of the aluminum/plastics plate, and the effect of the halogen-free flame retardant core material on the mechanical properties and flame retardant rating of the plate was studied specially. The results of production practice showed all of the combustion characteristics and mechanical properties of the prepared plate came up to or better than those byGB 8624 and GB/T 17748.
