摘要
采用柱分离法对液态双酚A环氧树脂E51进行分离,得到分子量为340的单组分环氧树脂,并对其进行了IR、NMR和ESI-MS表征。研究了E51环氧树脂及单组分环氧树脂与DDS的固化反应动力学,采用DSC测定了E51环氧树脂和单组分环氧树脂与DDS固化体系的固化反应表观活化能,分别为134.85和152.15 kJ/mol。通过对2种体系固化产物的Tg分析,结果表明E51/DDS固化产物的Tg比单组分环氧树脂/DDS固化产物的Tg低约10℃,分别为202.2和212.4℃。
A liquid bisphenol-A epoxy resin E51 was fractionated using a column separation technique, and a single composition epoxy resin (high purity epoxy, HPE) with a molecular weight of 340 was collected. The structure of HPE was characterized by FTIR, ^1H-NMR and ESI-MS. DSC was employed in order to monitor the curing reaction kinetics of E51 epoxy resin and HPE with 4, 4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone (DDS) as hardener. The calculated apparent activation energies were 134.85 and 152.15 kJ/mol for the E51/DDS and HPE/DDS systems respectively. DSC measurements showed that the Tg of the HPE/DDS system was approximately 10℃ higher than that of the E51/DDS system, with the values being 212.4 and 202.2℃ respectively.
