摘要
在STEP-NC信息模型及XML语法规则的基础上,提出两步法来实现它们的转化。先将STEP-NC模型分为相对独立又有内在联系的小模块,在每个小模块内采用对象系列化前绑定的方法,以JDOM接口为工具,完成到XML的转化。由此实现了STEP-NC在网上的传输及数据共享,为实现远程加工、异地协同制造打下基础。最后将STEP-NC模型以图形化显示,直观、清晰,方便操作者使用。同时,开发了STEP-NC与现有CNC机床的接口,实现STEP-NC的直接加工。
A two-level implementation method, based on a study of the STEP-NC information model and XML, is proposed to convert STEP-NC into XML. In the first level, STEP-NC is divided into a series of interconnected modules. In each small module, the object serialization early binding maps each STEP-NC instance into an XML instance as attribute data using JDOM. Using XML, STEP-NC data can be shared for networked manufacturing and cooperative manufacturing in different places. In the second level, STEP-NC data is shown by a tree and some tables, such that it is easily used by the operator. Furthermore, an interface from STEP-NC files to traditional CNC files has been developed so that using STEP-NC a component can be processed directly in a CNC machine tool.
