摘要
对环氧改性丙烯酸系亲水涂料的制备和性能进行了研究。采用水溶液聚合法合成了亲水性丙烯酸树脂,讨论了亲水性单体用量及配比、聚合物的pH值对涂膜亲水性和耐水性的影响,研究了交联剂、改性树脂、乳化剂对涂膜综合性能的影响,并从理论上进行了分析、确定了各成分的配比。试验结果表明,涂膜的亲水性和耐水性能达到较好的均衡,改性后涂层的耐蚀性和附着力得到提高。
Hydrophilic coating of acrylomulti-polymer modified by epoxy resin was prepared.Thus the hydrophilic acrylomulti-pre-polymer was obtained by solution polymerization.The effects of the hydrophilic monomer dosage and ratio and the pH value of the pre-polymer on the hydrophilicity and water-endurability of the coating were investigated.The effects of crosslinker(NMA),modifier(epoxy resin),and emulsifier on the comprehensive properties of the coating were examined as well,and the ratio of various ingredients was determined.It was found that the titled coating had well balanced hydrophilicity and water-endurability,while the anti-corrosion ability and adhesion to substrate of the coating were increased after modification.
