摘要
针对舰载雷达电子设备产品在进行国军标GJB150规定的环境试验条件下可能产生的现象,为了提高舰载雷达电子产品的耐环境腐蚀能力,通过理论分析和工程实践,对国内外电子设备防护材料新的发展动态进行了归纳,并提出其防护技术应用思路,以提高设备耐环境腐蚀的能力、抗恶劣环境性能和电磁屏蔽性能,最终达到提高舰载雷达整机产品可靠性的目的。
The development trends in the protective materials for the electronics quipments of warship-carried radar were summed up with respect to their behavior in environmental condition tests specified by national military standard GJB-150.The application of relevant protective technology was discussed,aiming at increasing the endurance to environmental condition test,resistance to harsh environmental conditions,and electro-magnetic shielding performance,so as to increase the reliability of the warship-carried radar.
