菱镁阻燃装饰吸水率测定方法研究

A Study on The Analytical Method of Water Absorption of the Magnesite Fire-Retardant Ornamental Boards

菱镁阻燃装饰板的吸水率是该板的一个重要理性能。目前企业标准所采用的测定方法是借用国家标准一硬质纤维板的吸水率测定方法。但是硬质纤维板和菱镁阻燃装饰板有本质不同。经研究，作者认为上述方法测得的吸水率是真实吸水率和浸出物质百分率之差值。因此建议将浸水时间从国标对硬质纤维板规定的２４ｈ缩短到８～１２ｈ，并放置称重得到干重，由此得出菱镁阻燃装饰板的真实吸水率。

The water absorption of the magnesite fire-retardant ornamental boards is one of the most important characteristic. Today, we use the country′s criteria of horniness fibreboard for the analysis of the water absorption of the magnesite fire-retardant ornamental board. But the horniness fibreboard is different from the magnesite fire-retardant ornamental board in essence. In this paper, the analytical method of water absorption of the magnesite fire-retardant ornamental board is investigated in detail. Some discussion and improvement suggestion about the analytical method of this product′s water absorption and its industry standard are proposed.
