醋酸生长抑素与醋酸奥曲肽治疗食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的成本-效果分析

Somatostatin Acetate/Octretide Acetate for Esophagogastric Variceal Bleeding:Cost-Effectiveness Analysis

目的:评价醋酸生长抑素与醋酸奥曲肽治疗食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的成本-效果。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对醋酸生长抑素与醋酸奥曲肽治疗61例食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的患者进行成本-效果分析。结果:醋酸生长抑素组与醋酸奥曲肽组的总成本分别为11141.00、9325.30元,总有效率分别为83.87%、86.67%(P>0.05),成本-效果比分别为13283.65、10759.55。结论:相对于醋酸生长抑素,醋酸奥曲肽无论从有效率还是药物经济学角度分析都占优势。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the cost- effectiveness of somatostatin acetate vs octreotide acetate for esophagogastric variceal bleeding（EGVB） .METHODS：By retrospective study, the cost - effectiveness of somatostatin acetate vs. octreotide acetate in treating 61 patients with EGVB was performed.RESULTS： The total costs for somatostatin acetate group and oc- treotide acetate group were 11 141.00yuan and 9 325.30yuan,respectively;the total effective rates were 83.87% and 86.67%, respectively（P 〉 0.05）, and the costeffectiveness ratios were 13 283.65 and 10 759.55, respectively.CONCLUSION： As compared with somatostatin acetate,octreotide acetate is superior either in efficacy or in pharmacoeconomics for EGVB.
