240例癫痫患儿丙戊酸钠的血药浓度监测

Serum Concentration of Valproate Sodium:Analysis of 240 Epileptic Children

目的：监测癫痫患儿丙戊酸钠的血药浓度.方法：采用荧光偏振免疫法测定240例癫痫患儿的血药浓度并分析结果.结果：癫痫患儿丙戊酸钠血药浓度＜50μg·mL^-1 的有69例/次（占28.75%）,在50～100μg·mL^-1 之间的有153例/次（占63.75%）,＞100μg·mL^-1的有18例/次（占7.50%）.结论：患儿血药浓度个体差异大,丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测对临床合理用药有重要的指导作用,应根据血药浓度个体化用药.

OBJECTIVE： To monitor the serum concentration of valproate sodium in epileptic children.METHODS： The serum concentration of valproate sodium in 240 epileptic children patients were determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay and the determination results were analyzed .RESULTS：Of the total 240 cases, 69 （28.75%） were 〈 50μg · mL^-1, 153（63.75%） were with the range of 50--100μg·mL^-1 and 18（7.50% ） were 〉 100/μg · mL^-1 in serum concentration of valproate sodium.CONCLUSION： There are great individual differences among patients in serum concentration of valproate sodium .Monitoring of the serum concentration of valproate sodium is of great importance in guiding reasonable clinical drug use. It is advisable to adopt individualized administration scheme according to serum drug concentration.
