头孢他啶治疗院内肺感染的疗效观察

Ceftazidime in the Treatment of Nosocomial Pulmonary Infection:Observation of Curative Efficacy

目的:观察头孢他啶治疗院内肺感染的疗效。方法:对同期发生院内肺感染的52例ICU患者和37例普通病房患者采用头孢他啶治疗。结果:ICU组有效率为48.1%,普通病房组为83.8%。结论:头孢他啶可作为普通病房肺感染的经验性用药;对ICU肺感染患者则应首选添加-内酰胺酶抑制剂的抗菌药。

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of ceftazidime in treating nosocomial pulmonary infection. METHODS： 52 patients from ICU and 37 from general ward who had synchronous pulmonary infection were treated with cef- tazidime.RESULTS： The total effect rates for patients from ICU and those from general ward were 48.1% and 83.8%, re- spectively.CONCLUSION： Ceftazidime can be used as an empiric antibacterial for patients with pulmonary infection from general ward, for ICU pulmonary infection patients,the antibiotic that added with β- lactamase inhlbitors should be considered as the first choice.
