21例布洛芬缓释胶囊致不良反应文献分析

Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules:Literature Analysis on 21 Cases

目的：探讨布洛芬缓释胶囊致不良反应的特点及一般规律。方法：检索1996～2005年国内医药期刊报道的布洛芬缓释胶囊致不良反应案例，并进行统计、分析。结果：布洛芬缓释胶囊所致不良反应包括消化道出血、双下肢水肿、多脏器功能衰竭等，其在高年龄组发生率较高。结论：临床上应重视布洛芬缓释胶囊所致的不良反应，坚持合理用药。

OBJECTIVE. To study the characteristics and the general pattern of the ADR induced by ibuprofen sustained release capsule.METHODS： The ADR induced by ibuprofen sustained release capsule reported in domestic medical journals during 1996--2005 were collected and analyzed.RESULTS： ADR associated with ibuprofen sustained release capsule included alimentary tract hemorrhage, edema of both lower extremities, multi- organ functional failure, with advanced age group showing the highest incidence rate.CONCLUSION. Ibuprofen sustained release capsules should be used rationally with caution in case of ADR.
