摘要
目的:提高肾移植术后肺部感染患者的药物治疗效果。方法:明确病原体,予以抗细菌、抗真菌及抗病毒等治疗,调整免疫抑制剂用药方案,适时应用糖皮质激素,并给予全身支持治疗。结果与结论:通过药学监护,制定安全、有效、经济的药疗方案,可有效降低肾移植术后患者的病死率。
OBJECTIVE： To enhance the pharmacotherapeutic efficacy in patients with pulmonary infection after kidney transplantation .METHODS：The patients were given anti- bacterial, anti- fungal and ant- viral treatment after identification of pathogens.The medication regimen of immunosuppressant agents was adjusted, steroids were used at a right time and sys- temic supportive treatment was given.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The mortality of patients after kidney transplantation could be effectively decreased by way of pharmaceutical care and the practice of safe, effective and economical medication regimen.
