对氯硝基苯对锦鲤鱼的急性毒性效应

The Acute Toxicity Effect of P-NCB on Brocarded carp

采用静水式直接接触致毒法进行了化学污染物对氯硝基苯（P-NCB）对锦鲤鱼的预备试验和急性毒性试验.预备试验的试验液质量浓度分别为40,30,20,10,5 mg/L.预试验得出：锦鲤鱼暴露于对氯硝基苯试液中24 h100%死亡质量浓度（24 h LC100）和96 h无死亡质量浓度（96 h LC0）分别为40,5 mg/L.急性毒性试验表明,在25～27℃下,24,48,72,96 h的半致死质量浓度（LC50）分别为30.83,28.84,23.60,22.13 mg/L.

The acute toxicity of P-NCB to Brocarded carp was determined by using straight contact test methods. In the preliminary experiments, Brocarded carp was exposed to P-NCB with concentrations of 40,30, 20,10,5 mg/L, the 24 h LC100 and 96 h LC0 were 40,5 mg/L. The acute toxicity tests indicated that 24,48,72, 96 h LCso for Brocarded carp at 25- 27℃ were 30.83,28.84,23.60,22.13 mg/L, respectively.
