陕西省土地开发整理与生态环境效应研究

Study on the Effect Between Land Exploitation and Arrangement and the Ecological Environment of Shanxi Province

通过运用Excel及相关系数分析等方法,分析了陕西省土地开发整理的现状与潜力.研究表明:全省今后土地开发整理虽还具有很大潜力,但近年来土地开发的强度较大,几乎都在当年土地开发整理活动的一半以上,而整理、复垦的比重则较小,势必增加农业生产的风险性和不确定性,使土地开发整理活动与生态环境的冲突不断凸现,本文试图构建土地开发整理的生态友好型区域模式:无差异曲线模式、点-轴模式和人工-自然复合系统模式,以期实现土地开发整理与生态环境建设的“共赢”.

By the methods of correlation coefficient analysis and Excel, the situation and potential of land exploitation and arrangements in Shaanxi province are explained,and its tinge potential is found. At the same time, research result shows that the intension of land exploitation is becoming bigger and bigger in recent years, holding more than half part of land exploitation and arrangements in the same year, but the proportion of land arrangements and duplicated cultivation is comparatively less, this statue; adds the venture and uncertainty for agri- cultural production ,and makes the collision between land exploitation and arrangements and ecological environment salient. Finally, the ecological-friendly regional model for land exploitation and arrangements is constructed： Non-difference curve model, point-axis model and Manpower-nature compound system model, expecting to realize win-win between land exploitation and arrangements and ecological environment.
